We wanted to let you know that Drew and Jake did an exceptional job installing our Carnation Security System 12/3/2014. They were thorough, efficient, and courteous. They explained everything easily. I appreciated that they asked my opinion as to where I wanted certain devices. Also, I truly appreciate the fact that Marla expedited the installation. We are happy with the alarm. I have referred a friend, Mr. M, to Carnation. Also, we were referred by Mr. S. He is responsible for our locating Carnation. I also appreciated that Ken came to our home and gave us the written estimate. We are happy and satisfied. Follow-up calls were made in order to check on us and Jake gave us his cell number. I had to text him once, I confess!!!
