Hi Ken, Now that we have lived with and used our security system for several weeks I now feel more qualified to offer you feedback. My wife and I have debated for some time about whether we wanted to install a security system or not. During that time we have been bombarded by security company sales ads coming via phone, e-mail, snail mail, tv and every print media there is. When we made our decision to have a system installed we chose, Carnation Security because of your reputation and the fact that you are a local company. We are so glad that we chose you. Two things that we did not get from you were high pressuresales tactics and the out of the box one size fits all system. To us that is like a breath of fresh airand we thank you so much for that. What we did get was a well designed custom system that is simple, efficient and easy to use. It meets our needs perfectly. I have to commend your office manager Marla.She was a gem. We were kept informed of what was going to happen every step of the way. A specialthanks goes out to your two installers, Jake and Drew. These two guys are true professionals. If I had not watched them I never would have known that they were in our house. The system itself is almost invisible. After the installation was completed they took us thru a training session that covered everything. They did not leave untill they were sure that we understood how to operate the system and were comfortable with it. They are the best. Needless to say we are totally satisfied and now have the feeling of true security when at home or away. Let me one more time Ken say to you and your entire staff thank you for a job well done. We have already recommended your company to our friends and will continue to do so.
