Mr. Ken Loiselle, I just wanted to let you know that my mom was deeply satisfied with the work that was done Jan.11,2017. The alarm system was installed quickly and all mess cleaned up very well. My 87 year old mom was very happy with their work as I was too. Their were no wires hanging all were secured properly. They went over the instructions for my mom and me and gave us time to ask questions and practice. My mom was left phone numbers to contact these people if she later forgot something or how to do it.
